Easter Monday is dedicated to Quarantore, Forty Hours of Prayer dedicated to Jesus Christ.  There is a Mass followed by lunch with the opportunity to taste Easter desserts and cakes characteristic of the area which have been prepared by the women of Sommocolonia in the run up to Easter.
